We want you to be 100% satisfied with your PFM Gear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of your order's shipping date.

General Return Guidelines:

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

One exchange is allowed per item per order.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated via email at:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Mexico. Full return address will be provided upon email request.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee:

A $7.50 USD restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges processed for refund.

Important Notes:

Exchanges and prepaid return labels are not available for international orders, including Canada.

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical retail location.
